Ticketing & Analytics Manager

This full time Ticketing & Analytics Manager position is for a fast-paced ticketing office at the non-profit organization California Musical Theatre.  The position entails generating lists for various departments, analyzing sales for market pricing increases, reconciling daily box office receipts, facilitating nightly and weekly settlements for up to 120 productions each year, assisting the Director of Ticketing and Analytics in building various reports and performing various general box office ticketing functions.  Qualified candidates should be a college graduate and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. They must have advanced knowledge of Excel and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Final candidates will be given a test on Excel and writing abilities. They must have the ability to work evening and weekend hours. They must possess a strong work ethic, have the ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team. They must demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations and problem solving, and meet strict and frequent deadlines. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Have knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and CRM. Have experience in accounting, handling cash, and operating office/computer equipment.
