All phone orders will be charged a $10.00 per-order processing fee for Music Circus orders and $11.00 per order processing fee for Broadway Sacramento orders. Tickets ordered by phone can be either mailed to you or picked up at will call. Mail Order

Mail orders for Music Circus and Broadway Sacramento shows will be accepted prior to single tickets going on sale.  An order form may be found in the season brochure. Mail orders received will be processed by date priority. A processing fee of $10.00 per order ($12.00 per subscription order) for Music Circus and a processing fee of $11.00 per order ($15.00 per subscription order) for Broadway Sacramento will apply. Availability of seat locations is not guaranteed with mail orders. Prices subject to change.

Group Tickets

Group discounts are available by calling the Group Sales department at (916) 557-1198 or emailing groupsales@calmt.com. Group ticket sales are not available at the Wells Fargo Box Office. The Group Sales department phones are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Facility Fees

Tickets for Music Circus productions at the Wells Fargo Pavilion have a $5.00 per ticket facility fee included in the ticket price.  Tickets for Broadway Sacramento productions at the Community Center Theater have a $3.00 per ticket facility fee included in the ticket price.  California Musical Theatre includes the facility fees when we published the ticket prices in brochures and on our website. Tickets.com adds the facility fee to their fees section.

Fees For Phone & Mail Order

Phone and mail orders for single-show Music Circus tickets carry a $10.00 processing fee per order (not per ticket) and for Broadway Sacramento carry an $11.00 processing fee per order (not per ticket).  Season ticket orders for Music Circus carry a $12.00 processing fee per order (not per ticket) and Broadway Sacramento carry a $15.00 processing fee per order (not per ticket).

Fees For In Person Orders

Single-show tickets purchased in person are not charged a processing fee. All season ticket packages, regardless of method of purchase, are charged a $12.00 processing fee for Music Circus and a $15.00 processing fee for Broadway Sacramento.

Children

Children under four (including babes in arms) will not be admitted.

Policy For New Season Ticket Holder

When placing an order for new season tickets, we will not be able to give you specific seat assignments as we do not know which of our current subscribers will or will not renew. Once their renewal deadline is past, we will begin processing all renewing subscribers’ requests for seating upgrades. When that is complete, we begin filling new season ticket holder requests by date priority of when they placed their paid request for new season tickets. If you are not happy with your Music Circus seat assignment, you may get a refund, excluding the $12 handling fee if you do so by June 1, 2016. If you are not happy with your Broadway Sacramento seat assignment, you may get a refund, excluding the $15 handling fee if you do so by August 31, 2016.  Some sections are heavily subscribed, we will place you in the best seats available. Those requesting new season ticket packages may place their order by calling (916) 557-1999 or by coming in person to our California Musical Theatre box office location, the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office at 1419 H Street, Sacramento, 95814.

Late Seating Policy

Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time.  The length of the late seating hold varies by production and is set in consultation with the production artistic staff.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All tickets for Music Circus and Broadway Sacramento productions are non-refundable.  Tickets purchased through Group Sales cannot be exchanged.  Requests for ticket exchanges should be made at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office, (916) 557-1999.  Any exchanges must be done with tickets in hand.  Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, at least 48 hours before the date and time on the tickets.  Any exception to this policy is subject to a $10.00 fee.  Additionally, a $2.00 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price upgrade. Subscribers may donate their tickets back to California Musical Theatre up to 48 hours before the date and time on the tickets, as a tax-deductible membership contribution.  Please consult Tickets.com regarding their exchange policies.

Ticket Availability and Pricing

For all Music Circus and Broadway Sacramento shows, tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.  Tickets should be purchased early to lock in ticket prices and seats. All tickets are revocable licenses, and CMT reserves the right to invalidate tickets and suspend future sales for anyone caught or suspected of reselling those tickets for more than face value.
