Job Description:

  • To ensure that each customer receives the highest level of service and leaves satisfied.
  • To sell tickets over the phone as well as in person.
  • To assist patrons with exchanges.
  • To process single ticket mail orders or exchanges.
  • To process subscription orders placed via the phone, in person, or by mail.
  • To try to assist patrons with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • To bring patron concerns to the attention of box office management.
  • To always do any reasonable request by management, i.e. lifting boxes, moving equipment, etc
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English
