- To ensure that each customer receives the highest level of service and leaves satisfied.
- To sell tickets over the phone as well as in person.
- To assist patrons with exchanges.
- To process single ticket mail orders or exchanges.
- To process subscription orders placed via the phone, in person, or by mail.
- To try to assist patrons with any questions or concerns they may have.
- To bring patron concerns to the attention of box office management.
- To always do any reasonable request by management, i.e. lifting boxes, moving equipment, etc
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
