CMT is looking for seasonal Box Office Customer Service Representatives for the 2017 Music Circus season. We are looking for individuals with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to help make our patron’s experience the best possible.
The position entails all aspects of ticket processing, including new ticket requests, ticket exchanges and season subscription renewals. Qualified candidates should be a high school graduate, possess proficient computer skills, and have the ability to work some daytime hours, evenings, and weekends. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills to be able to assist patrons with any question they may have regarding our productions and/or facilities. Work experience in a customer service related field is preferred.
