California Musical Theatre is a 501c3 not-for-profit musical theatre organization. We rely on the generous time and energy of volunteers year-around for our daily operations.

We are currently looking for the following volunteers:

Front Desk Volunteers: Staffing of reception area in downtown Sacramento administrative office. Answering and transferring phone calls, accepting packages, sorting mail and reviewing newspaper for California Musical Theatre-related articles. Some clerical, mailing and data entry as needed. Volunteer shifts are 4-hours, once-a-week. Available shift are:

• Wednesdays 9 am - 1 pm
• Fridays 9 am - 1 pm
• Fridays 1 pm - 5 pm

California Musical Theatre utilizes volunteers in a variety of capacities, including:

• Music Circus production crew
• Music Circus and Broadway Sacramento theatre lounge hosts
  
• Music Circus theatre ushers
• Front desk staffing, clerical, mailing and data entry assistants

For backstage Music Circus volunteers, you are invited to sign up for as many productions as your schedule allows. Please keep in mind that commitment to a production requires attendance at all rehearsals and performances for that production.
