HOW TO ORDER
Order at the window: The Community Center Theater Box Office is at 1301 L Street in downtown Sacramento and sells single-show tickets to Broadway Sacramento. At the window, you may purchase tickets by cash, credit or check (in most cases). Metered and unmetered parking are available within one block of the box office. Hours: The Community Center Theatre Box Office is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and until showtime on performance days.
The Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office is at 1419 H Street in Downtown Sacramento at the site of Music Circus. (The box office building also houses the Sacramento Theatre Company box office.) Single show and subscription tickets for Broadway Sacramento are available. At the window, you may purchase tickets by cash, credit, gift certificate or check (in most cases). Metered and unmetered parking are available within one block of the box office. Hours: The Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office is open Mondays through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The box office is closed on Sundays, except when a show is in production or on the Sunday immediately preceding an opening. Order by phone: (916) 557-1999 or (916) 808-5181. All phone orders will be charged a $9 per-order handling fee. On Sundays, the box office is open from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Handling fees for Cosmopolitan Cabaret orders are $7.

To order tickets online through this website, click on the links above or by visiting www.Tickets.com. All ticket orders placed online including links through and from this website are commercial transactions with Tickets.com and will be subject to Tickets.com's policies including a per-ticket convenience fee. NEW SEASON TICKET HOLDER POLICY
When placing an order for new season tickets, we will not be able to give you specific seat assignments as we do not know which of our current subscribers will or will not renew. Once their renewal deadline is past, we will begin processing all renewing subscribers' requests for seating upgrades. When that is complete, we begin filling new season ticket holder requests by date priority of when they placed their paid request for new season tickets. If you are not happy with your seat assignment, you may get a refund, excluding the $12 handling fee, as long as you do so by September 30, 2013. New subscribers may not be able to get seating in Orchestra Front, Orchestra Middle, or Boxes, as these sections are extemely impacted by current renewing season ticket holders. Those requesting new season ticket packages may place their order by calling (916) 557-1999 or by coming in person to our California Musical Theatre box office location, the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office at 1419 H Street, Sacramento, 95814.
All phone and mail orders for Broadway Sacramento tickets will carry a $9 per order handling fee. Single tickets purchased in person at the box office window will not be charged a handling fees. (All subscription packages, regardless of place of purchase are charged a $12 handling fee.) All online ticket orders (which are administered and processed by Tickets.com) are subject to Tickets.com's per-ticket convenience fee. Handling fees for Cosmopolitan Cabaret orders are $7.
LATE SEATING POLICY
Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time. The length of seating holds vary by production and are set in consultation with production artistic staff.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All tickets for Broadway Sacramento are non-refundable. Requests for ticket exchanges should be made at the point of origin. Please consult Tickets.com and the Community Center Box Office regarding their exchange policies. Tickets purchased at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office may be exchanged for the same production only at least 48 hours before the earlier performance. A $2 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price upgrade. Unused tickets originally purchased through the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office can be donated back to California Musical Theatre at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office at least 24 hours prior to show time as a tax-deductible membership contribution.
