Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” 2005’s Tony Award-winning Best Musical was performed for the first time in Sacramento, the first time by a regional theatre and the first time in the round, as it opened the Music Circus season. Telling the legendary tale of King Arthur and his knights of the Round Table, and featuring a bevy of beautiful show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people.
